The Buyable Properties mod was released last week by Bolmin and Dick Hertz. It includes a selection of purchasable hotel rooms, cabins, and houses in the epilogue map. While you can sleep in houses and equip stored items, its functions are rather limited at present - although plans for weapon lockers are reportedly underway.
